Classes are 10am-2pm. Almost all dietaries are accommodated except gluten-free.
Highlights include:
- a mixing + rolling demo, followed by hands-on pasta shape making
- pasta cooking 101, then a family-style pasta feast
- an abundance of delicious food and refreshments, of course!
- and lots of fresh pasta to take home!
